Q: What were the goals of the Extermitech Pest Control prior to beginning your Social Media Management campaign with Tommy House Studios?
Ashley: We wanted to engage more with current and potential customers. We are trying to build a brand and have name recognition. When people think of pest control, we wanted them to think of Extermitech.
Q: Has Tommy House Studios helped you in your marketing efforts in other ways?
Ashley: Using the social media marketing has allowed us to trim our print advertising. Because of Tommy House Studios marketing efforts, we did not use billboards this year.
Q: Has Tommy House Studios helped Extermitech Pest Control by driving traffic to your website, social media, and is the phone ringing more?
Ashley: We definitely have more messaging on our Facebook page that have resulted in actual sales. All the social media marketing efforts of Tommy House Studios seems to be increasing traffic and sales.
Q: How has your experience been working with Tommy House Studios and their Marketing Team?
Ashley: Tommy and his team are so easy to communicate with. It’s sometimes hard to find an actual person who will take the time to talk with you in other businesses. Tommy and his team are very accessible. They actually want to learn about our business to help educate through our marketing. It’s hard for someone to help your business if they don’t know what you do.
Q: What other marketing strategies has Extermitech Pest Control tried and what are those results?
Ashley: We have used radio advertising. Radio advertising has not be beneficial for us. We spent almost $30k one year with very minimal results. In the past we have used billboards. These billboards helped greatly with name recognition. We currently advertise in several local magazines. The results of those prints vary each month. I defiantly see the most bang for the buck with social media marketing. Social media seems to be the way most people share information and can lead to key opportunities to connect with current and potential customers.
